Kajal Iyer is a communications professional and has worked as a multi-lingual broadcast journalist for almost 15 years with leading national news channels in India. She has been primarily based out of Maharashtra with short stints in 11 other states. Presently, she heads communications at a startup that works at the intersection of social impact and government policy. She also moonlights as a freelance writer for a few other commercial ventures including news websites. She is currently pursuing a law degree.
